1. Service Provider
OtoCo Base WY LLC — Custom Craft Design — Series 200, incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA. Address: 159 N. Wolcott St. Suite 133, Casper, Wyoming 82601 #523, USA.
2. Scope of Services
We offer professional graphic design services for artisans and small brands, including label design, packaging design, and full product design.
3. Project Process
Every project begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs. We present up to 3 visual proposals and work with you through unlimited revisions until final approval is reached.
4. Payment
Prices are communicated in the quote provided before the project begins. Payment is made as agreed in that quote. We accept payments via the methods indicated in the proposal.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the final design are transferred entirely to the client. Editable source files are delivered after full payment.
6. Revisions & Changes
We include unlimited revisions until final approval. Changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional costs, except during the 30-day post-delivery support period.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the final design does not meet what was agreed in the initial consultation after exhausting revisions, we issue a full refund of the amount paid.
8. Delivery Times
The estimated timeframe is 5–10 business days from the approval of the initial sketch. If we miss the agreed deadline due to our fault, the project will be at no cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or harm resulting from the use of designs.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
